Low Back Pain and Heels

I don't know about you but I love that the weather is changing. I love the crisp fall colors and the note of change that hangs in the air.
Along with that change comes the fun of autumn boots. All the cute shoes!
Be aware though that those adorable heels are going to change your gait and set your hips tight. Take a look at the posture difference in the drawing of the woman in flats and heels.
