Say No to Low Back Pain

Spring is in the air and everyone is getting out to enjoy nature again. Hiking and gardening are always at the top of the list in in our area.
​But you may find as you start moving around that the winter blanket couch snuggles have made your low back a bit slow to respond to your activity desires. 
Try taking 5 minutes on the floor with this beautiful relieving stretch. Use full deep breaths as you relax into the stretch. With each exhale you will find your muscles release more and more for relief.
