Just like using heated stone therapies,
heated clay packs and other soothing remedies, using a sauna as a pre-session option can help to prep muscle tissues for a more full massage therapy experience. The sauna is available in 10, 15 and 20 min sessions when paired with a massage session. |

A vibration platform partners with the waters of your body to harness the power
of wave action within your muscle structures. Used as a pre-session warm up, it is a wonderful way to prime your lymphatic system and loosen the fascial layers in your body for a dynamic massage therapy session. The vibration platform is available in 5 and 10 min sessions when paired with a massage session. |
