Are you having a fun holiday season? Or is the hurry scurry of shopping, parties and deadlines making you feel lost in why December is even on your calendar? If you are like me and so many others, you weren't looking for the stress and you truly had every intention of enjoying each person and each party when you put them on the calendar. There is a solution!
Here are a few quick ways to help you get through December with your peace and joy intact. #1 Keep your daily routine. You work, go to school, plan meals, exercise, sleep, etc...... Keep your daily things daily. You have them there for a reason. They help you feel accomplished and productive and healthy. Deviating from your routine can bring on more stress, poor digestion and lack of sleep cycle. #2 Say "No". Those events, parties, dinner outings....they are fun and a great time to make merry memories with loved ones. But if they don't fit into a realistic time frame they can add again to the stress of finances and little sleep. Remember when committing to those parties that they often include bringing food to share and gifts to exchange. Nothing wrong with that at all as long as you have allowed for those additions into your realistic time frame of enjoyment. #3 Be mindful of what goes in. As much as you are measuring the energy you have that goes out, remember to watch what goes into your body. Stay hydrated and make a few healthy food choices as you enjoy all the goodies around you. Those choices will help you mentally enjoy your present times. #4 Book a massage. Having quiet time to reset your muscles is not selfish. When we have times of stress we tend to slouch forward and pain our low back. We also raise our shoulders towards our ears and feel stuck in our upper back and neck. Taking 60 minutes of time for a massage to reset those muscles and breathe is liberating and does wonders for all your body systems energetically, emotionally, and physically. You are amazing, an incredible treasure, and I am here for you!

AuthorI have a deep passion for helping others. Really that is the bottom line. Helping people be released from discomfort. Helping people be present in the life they are given. Helping people know that they are each valuable original treasures unlike no one else ever. To humbly be part of seeing a person hold onto whatever peace they need at that present time. Yes that is my passion. Archives
