Celebrating You.....

Sometimes I feel that I can't even find the words to describe fully the joy and honor I feel in being able to to what I do. I love that I get to provide a present space that offers healing and hope for people. Concerning our bodies; we generally spend too much time worrying about the future, measuring the unchangeable past, and wishing we were in a different space of achieving. 
The way you feel right now in this present moment is because your body has been doing its job of taking care of you to the best of its ability. I love celebrating that. I love celebrating you.
